1345 Algoma Moose Jaw – Apartment Complex

Moose Jaw Construction is set to break ground on an exciting new project in April 2025—a 24-unit apartment complex located at 1345 Algoma Street in Moose Jaw. The property, which previously housed a single-family home, has now been cleared, with demolition completed and the site fully prepared for construction. This new development aims to address the growing demand for rental housing in the area, offering modern, comfortable living spaces designed to attract a diverse range of residents. 

Property Development

We have a double lot that is scheduled for development by the end of this year. The plan is to construct either two duplexes or a 4-plex on the property.

The client acquired a rental property situated on a double lot, which is earmarked for development. The intention is to subdivide the land, construct a duplex on one of the lots, while retaining the existing rental house on the other lot.
